Its generous proportions allow it to accommodate all of the seat and back cushions from our bestselling Palma Garden Lounge Set, while a weather resistant finish provides a good level of protection against various weather elements. Nevertheless, please keep in mind that we always recommend storing your cushions indoors during particularly harsh weather and the winter months to ensure total weatherproof protection.

Is my cushion box waterproof?
Our cushion boxes are weather resistant. This means that they provide a good level of protection against various weather conditions but are not completely impervious to particularly harsh weather conditions. While these cushion boxes are designed as an easy and convenient storage solution for garden furniture cushions during moderate weather conditions we recommend that cushions are stored inside during the winter months and any extreme weather.
How long does polyrattan furniture last?
Polyrattan garden furniture can last as much as 20 years outdoors, even if left out all winter.
Can I leave my polyrattan cushion box outside during winter?
While our polyrattan cushion boxes can be kept outside all year, we would still advise you to store it indoors where possible, or cover it with a breathable cover in order to maintain the condition of your furniture for as long as possible. If covering your furniture, it is also a good idea to move it and clean the area underneath every few months in order to prevent any buildup of dirt.
How do I clean my polyrattan cushion box?
Simply fill a bucket of lukewarm, soapy water and use a soft sponge or cloth to gently clean your cushion box, before washing off any soap with cold water. Remove cushions before cleaning and do not use a pressure washer as this can damage the material. We do not recommend using any abrasive, chemical cleaning products on your furniture unless recommended by a professional.
