OVERVIEW
This website is operated by MINT Outdoor. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MINT Outdoor. MINT Outdoor offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage agree to be bound by the following Shipping Policy.
1. Delivery Areas & Costs
Free standard delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses.
We do not currently deliver to certain remote areas including parts of Scotland, Cornwall, and specific postcode zones (e.g. AB31–AB38, IV1–IV56, TR21–TR25, ZE1–ZE3). Please contact us to confirm if we can deliver to your location.
2. Delivery Partner & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our Kent warehouse using our specialist delivery partner, Right Road Logistics.
Our delivery partners will provide customers with a delivery slot in advance. If, for any reason (for example, a vehicle breakdown), they are unable to fulfil the slot, they will seek to re-book with you as soon as possible.
Please note we cannot provide compensation for re-booked delivery slots or any associated inconvenience.
This services does not include disposal of packaging, which is the customer's responsibility.
3. Delivery Timeframes
In-stock items: Delivered within approximately 5–10 working days.
Pre-order or limited-edition items: Delivery estimates are provided on product pages and will be updated if circumstances change.
4. Delivery Dates & Delays
All delivery dates are approximate and based on the most accurate information available. They are not guaranteed.
If delivery timeframes change, we will endeavour to update you as soon as possible.
If you do not wish to wait, you have the option to cancel your order. We cannot offer compensation for delayed delivery dates.
5. Failed Deliveries & Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements of the items ordered are suitable for their intended use and that they will fit through doorways, and access points at the delivery address. We are unable to guarantee delivery or assembly to upstairs locations, including on raised terraces/balconies.
If delivery fails because items do not fit into the property, or because the customer is not present during an agreed delivery slot, a £39.95 failed delivery charge will apply.
We cannot provide compensation for time taken off work due to failed deliveries, whether the failure is the responsibility of MINT Outdoor, our delivery partners, or the customer.
6. Assembly Service
An optional assembly service is available for £99.95 per item (select at checkout). Assembly of goods is weather dependent and may be rescheduled at our delivery partner's discretion in the event of bad weather.
Please note that our assembly service does not include packaging removal.
7. Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage or faults immediately to the delivery team or within 48 hours by contacting us.
