Very pleased with our purchase from mint. The Oxford is very well made with the extra deep seats on all of seating area which makes it very comfortable lounging.

great item and feels sturdy and cushions are plump and comfy. easy to put together

very happy with this product. easy to put together, looks great and has been well-used over the summer.

The table and chairs look great. It was exactly as pictured and good value for the money.

Can't fault. Delivered on time and great quality 👍

I ordered this and was very pleased with the prompt service arriving to time. The set was well packed and came complete so I could unpack it and use it straight away.

It is very comfortable and looks luxurious being well constructed and hard wearing.

Very pleased and will buy future products from Mint.

I took a gamble and ordered the Oxford furniture set online without seeing it in person but I'm so pleased I did. The set is very comfortable with thick foam cushions and the chairs are wider than average. It's very sturdy and looks a lot more expensive than it was. Communication from Mint Outdoors was also excellent and I would purchase from this company again.

Super fast delivery. Ordered Thursday 17th and delivered Monday 21st.
Expertly delivered by 8am, by Jake and his mate.
Easily assembled in around 1hr by the grandson and myself.
It looks and is absolutely gorgeous on our new decking.
Many thanks.
10/10

Delivered within 10 days after ordering, reasonable communication, driver called half an hour before arriving. Managed to put the whole set together no trouble, comfy seate with removable washable cushion cover, cushion box with waterproof lining fit everything in well. Very happy.

We ordered and received this set very soon after order. We were informed the status of delivery at all stages and the delivery company, Right Road Logistics, confirmed delivery time and called on morning of delivery and arrived on time. Left sofa set in our living room as requested but when we started to assemble found there was a problem with alignment.
We contacted customer services (by email ) who responded within 24 hours. The reply was from a real person rather than AI which was reassuring.
Long story short a replacement was sent and original taken back by delivery company which we were able to assemble.
Had to be methodical and take our time , making sure we didn’t tighten bolts fully until each section was in place first. Very good quality furniture and hopefully we will get a lot of summers relaxing on it.
Got to say that customer service was excellent and made up for the fact that the original was faulty and had to work with organising a replacement
Cannot fault Mint as a company
Thank you

The Cove outdoor set actually exceeded our expectations. The frames were easy to assemble and certainly the largest we have ever had! Comfort is superb and the fabric matches perfectly with the wooden side tables. Combined with the stool and matching table the set genuinely represents excellent value and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of furniture.

I’d been looking for a new outdoor sofa for months and just couldn’t find one that had the style and size I wanted, until I found the Cove. It really is an absolute gem of a find.

It’s so much bigger than any of the other sofas I looked at and comfortably fits 7–8 people, which is exactly what we were looking for. The table and ottoman go really well with it too and look really stylish.

The sofa itself is so comfortable and cosy, and the waterproof cushions are a huge bonus. It was also really easy to put together. I would definitely recommend getting a ratchet Allen key though, as it makes the assembly much easier!

The customer service has been great too, and delivery was really quick , ours arrived within three days.

We’re honestly so happy with it. It’s perfect for family nights outside and has made our outdoor space feel so much more inviting.

Set arrived in huge boxes, so had a bit of trouble getting the package in to the garden. Once arrived we were relieved that everything was already built for us. It was also quite clear the quality was a lot better than our existing, cheaper rattan set we had in the garden. The set was easy to clip together and the small stools have toggles to keep the cushions on them. The table is super sturdy (this needs assembling) and easily cleaned. Even with the summer heat this year it does not get too hot and is wipe clean if you spill food on it.
The cushions are huge and when its drilled have been waterproof, very comfortable to sit and lay on, even napped on this in the last few months. I woukd say our cushions have already started to discolour, preumjng due to being in sunlight. The covers you sit on are a different colour under where the other cushions go. Maybe washing them will sort that. Overall, its a great set. Very well built, doesnt feel cheap, comfortable and the table is excellent. Would recommend.

The Oxford suite is stunning in appearance, with an elegant feel. The colour is
beautifully achieved by the subtle combination of 2 pale shades of cream and light
grey. The General feel is sturdy and firm without racking or twisting. The feet sit
evenly although I am using it on artificial grass. It is easily moved around if
the cushions are removed first.

The seat cushions themselves fit very well and are snug within the frames covering
all the seating area and not leaving any room for slipping about. The fabric is thick
and has a premium quality feel. I have not had reason to remove the covers however
I did experience some staining from some flower petals that had sat on the surface
overnight then mixed with dew in the early morning. The pink streak was easily
sponged away by a weak solution of washing detergent. I was disappointed to find
the base cushion absorbed and held onto a quantity of water long after attracting
morning dew.  drying it out was prolonged and awkward.

The seating angle feels a little casual and overly relaxed. The back cushion while
deep and soft does not support the user very much so there is a feeling that you are
almost laying backwards. this in turn tends to propel (albeit gradually) the user
forwards in the seat. Not a problem if sitting with your feet up though.

I had some initial reservations concerning the glass top on the table moving however
the suckers hold it firmly in place. One massive issue is the storage and general
protection of the cushions. I appreciate the fabric is shower proof but users will
normally wish to avoid any wet weather or overnight dew. The seat cushions are very
large so a big cushion box is necessary if not storing overnight in house or garage
etc. I purchased a 680-litre size which holds all the back cushions and chair cushions
but the settee size is a huge single unit and still does not fit into my storage box.
That is not a problem with the suite itself but certainly a factor to consider.

In the absence of a bespoke cover, I elected to protect the suite with individual 300D
covers for each part. I used the covers overnight to avoid removing the cushions and
any soaking from dew or overnight rain. I have now additionally covered the entire
suite and day covers with a single 600D for the coming Autumn/Winter period.

We are really pleased with the Sorrento set love the colour, and the higher back very comfortable to sit for a while. It also looks very modern worth the wait for it. We have it set up in a gazebo and use it as an outdoor dining area. Very good customer service too.
