How much does delivery cost?
We offer free standard delivery to the majority of UK postcodes.
What are my delivery options?
We work with a specialist delivery partner, Right Road Logistics who deliver all of our orders from our Kent warehouse.
When will my furniture be delivered?
Many of our MINT Essentials collection is available for standard delivery within 5-10 working days. Other products (including all Limited Edition designs) are on pre-order and the delivery timeframe will be indicated on the product page.
Are there any postcodes you don't deliver to?
Please note: In addition to the below postcodes, we are currently unable to deliver to any postcodes in Cornwall or Scotland due to increased demand. We hope to resume deliveries to these locations in the near future.
Although we deliver to the majority of UK postcodes, there are a select number of postcodes that we are unfortunately not able to deliver to at this time. Could my order be delayed?
Any MINT Essentials products that are in stock for 5-10 day delivery are highly unlikely to be delayed, due to already being in the UK. OUR MINT DesignDrops have a despatch date listed on each individual product page. Delays typically do not occur at this point, as once the furniture is shipped, it is on its way to the UK and your home. In the unlikely event any delays do occur, we will notify you by email or phone.
Can I have my furniture assembled?
Of course, we offer an assembly service at a cost of £99.95 per product. Simply select the assembly option at checkout and our expert team will assemble your furniture for you.
Please note, this service does not include disposal of packaging. This is due to the fact that packaging needs to be retained by the customer in case they change their mind and require a collection and refund. We cannot accept collection of furniture not in original packaging.
Assembly cannot be carried out during bad weather unless there is a covered area available. If our Delivery Partners deem conditions to be unfeasible for assembly, customers will be offered the option of re-booking assembly on an alternative date or receiving a refund for the cost of the assembly service.
Do you deliver upstairs?
Unfortunately it is not possible for our delivery team to deliver or assemble products upstairs, particularly internally. We will deliver up 3-7 external steps, providing it is safe to do so. This will be at the discretion of our delivery partners.
Will you take the packaging away?
Unfortunately our delivery partners are not able to dispose of any packaging. This is due to the fact that packaging needs to be retained by the customer in case they change their mind and require a collection and refund. We cannot accept collection of furniture not in original packaging.
Is there anything else I need to know?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements of the items ordered are suitable for their intended use and that they will fit through doorways, and access points at the delivery address. We are unable to guarantee delivery or assembly to upstairs locations, including on raised terraces/balconies.
If delivery fails because items do not fit into the property, or because the customer is not present during an agreed delivery slot, a £39.95 failed delivery charge will apply.
We cannot provide compensation for time taken off work due to failed deliveries, whether the failure is the responsibility of MINT Outdoor, our delivery partners, or the customer.
