Klarna offers various payment options like "Pay in 4," "Pay in 3," "Pay Later," and "Pay in full," depending on your region.
How does Klarna work for the customer?
Customers choose a Klarna payment option at checkout. Klarna handles the payment, and the customer pays according to the plan they select.
Are there any fees or interest?
There are typically no interest charges for "Pay in 3" options. For "Pay Later," the payment is due later. Customers should check the specific terms for any fees associated with their chosen payment method.
Where can customers find information about their Klarna account?
Klarna provides an app for customers to manage their orders and payments. Integrating with Shopify Payments and the Klarna On-Site Messaging app can show customers their order details and payment information within the Klarna app and Klarna emails.
How are returns and refunds handled for flexible payment orders?
Returns and refunds are processed through the store. Once the store has received the returned item, it will process a refund back to Klarna.
