Where a design isn't immediately available, it can be secured with a 25% pre-order deposit, with the remaining balance due when your furniture ships.

How quickly will my ESSENTIALS order be delivered?

In-stock ESSENTIALS products are dispatched from our Kent warehouse within 5–10 working days. For pre-order designs, you can secure your piece with a 25% deposit, with the balance due when your furniture is ready to ship. Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

How do I know if a design is in stock or on pre-order?

Each product listing will clearly show whether it is available for immediate dispatch or available on a pre-order basis. In-stock items are ready for delivery from our Kent warehouse within 5–10 working days.

How does pre-order work for ESSENTIALS designs?

Simply place your order and pay a 25% deposit to secure your chosen design. The remaining balance is collected once your furniture is ready to be dispatched (we'll keep you up-to-date via email).

Where are Essentials orders dispatched from?

All Essentials orders are shipped from our warehouse in Swanscombe, Kent.

Do you offer assembly on ESSENTIALS deliveries?

Yes. We offer an optional assembly service at the time of delivery, where our team will put your furniture together for you. Please note this service does not include removal of packaging.

Can I use Klarna or pay in instalments?
