Delivery Policy

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs 500 AED and this includes assembly and packaging removal.

What are my delivery options?

We work with a specialist delivery partner who deliver all of our orders from our UAE warehouse.

When will my furniture be delivered?

All of our designs are available on pre-order and the delivery timeframe will be indicated on the individual product page.

Could my order be delayed?

All products have a despatch date listed on each individual product page. Delays typically do not occur at this point, as once the furniture is shipped, it is on its way to the UAE and your home. In the unlikely event any delays do occur, we will notify you by email or phone.

Can I have my furniture assembled?

Of course, assembly is included as part of our standard delivery service.

If our Delivery Partners deem conditions to be unfeasible for assembly, customers will be offered the option of re-booking assembly on an alternative date or receiving a refund for the cost of the assembly service.

Will you take the packaging away?

Yes, packaging removal is included within our 500 AED delivery fee.

Is there anything else I need to know?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements of the items ordered are suitable for their intended use and that they will fit through doorways, and access points at the delivery address. We are unable to guarantee delivery or assembly to upstairs locations, including on raised terraces/balconies.

If delivery fails because items do not fit into the property, or because the customer is not present during an agreed delivery slot, a 200 AED failed delivery charge will apply.

We cannot provide compensation for time taken off work due to failed deliveries, whether the failure is the responsibility of MINT Outdoor, our delivery partners, or the customer.
